I’ve been reading blog posts about a site called Squidoo.com and how they benefit from both traffic and the lens community. Squidoo can allow you to write about anything and promote almost any product. If you sell dog toys, you could create a lense and write reviews and post pictures about your items. It seems similar to a blog but you have an instant community. You can even join the forum and ask for some lens feedback and lensmasters will critique your lens. You are able to get ideas about your lens from these lensmasters and people who have been building them for awhile. You can visit my lens and earn brownie points if you leave me a comment. If you hate it, don’t worry, I won’t take it personally. I’ve had a rush of ideas bouncing in my head recently and decided to do something about it. Help! Mom is going on a trip for a week? 5 ways to survive and have fun with your kids I thought it would be interesting to create a lens and see what happens. I’m expecting zero traffic and no money. How about that for optimism. If I earn a penny, I’ll be sure to add it to my passive income monthly summary. If you have a lens, please post your link and I would be happy to check it out.

Hi, I made a squidoo lens and haven’t really kept up with it but it is on my list of things to do. It is very easy. Anyone new to the blogging world can do this.
Good luck with Squidoo! You are always finding some great ways to make a little scratch! I’ll check it out!! Maybe if I follow you around I will “prosper”!! lol!!!
Thanks for the encouragement. The squidoo lenses are fun to help get the blog ideas flowing. I stayed up late again last night and created another one. Ideas keep coming.
Thanks
Scott
I signed up for Squidoo some time ago but never did anything with my lens. So many communities/sites, so little time!
I’ll be interested to hear how it turns out for you.
