@Living off Dividends & Passive Income Thanks for your question. Many reasons why I'm a stay at home and work at home dad. I have been tempted to write more about this topic, but am concerned I would stray from the passive income ideas of the blog.

1. My wife and I were unhappy with our daycare options and felt it was important to spend more time with our children.
2. My previous career required excessive travel away from home for weeks at a time.
3. Wife received a wonderful offer from another company and allowed us to shift to one income. My wifes career took off and my career was flat for two years. I really never enjoyed my career, and my wife loves hers.
4. I really love spending time with my family and kids.

I could list many more, but this is the short list. Thanks again for asking.

Scott,

This is a great looking website and very informative. I too have been interested in investing as well as creating a passive income.

I've bookmarked your site and look forward to returning many times in the future.

Best regards,
