New Site Design and Logo
Do you remember that feeling as a child when you received your first pair of cool shoes? You just felt fast, light, and athletic. Depending on your age, they could have been some Chuck Taylor’s, KangaRoos, or even some Nike’s. Do you remember KangaRoos? I always wanted a pair, but they were expensive and my mom didn’t want to pay $50 or $60 for pair of shoes that I would outgrow in a few months. I did get a pair of Nike’s as my first memorable pair of shoes. Nothing fancy, no Air Jordan’s for me. They were a cheap pair of tennis shoes that probably cost $20-$30, but were my first pair of cool Nike’s. I felt great!
On Monday night, I got to feel like a kid again when I received my new logo and blog design. Just like my first pair of Nike’s, I’m faster, lighter, and feel brand new. I want to thank Katy at Kiss My Code, for designing everything. She designed the logo, banner, and layout. Best of all, she made all this happen in one week. Katy is amazing! I was excited when I made the transition from blogger to wordpress, but didn’t know how to create a custom logo or template design. Much research was spent looking for logo websites on Google. Many of the sites are generic and only have a few choices to choose. I had researched photoshop, but at $800-$900, and a steep learning curve, I was not up for this challenge. What to do? I found Kiss My Code through a new web forum called The Advisory Panel. This forum has tremendous resources for bloggers or internet marketers looking for seo tips, marketing ideas, adsense monetization, or just a place to ask questions.

I think that your logo and site looks great. I wish I could figure out all this wordpress vs blogger stuff. My first pair of memorable shoes were Adidas. I begged and begged for months to get them!!
